Extensions of your temporary home,

Enjoy this bounty but don’t let it squander,

Everything you need is everything we are,

Enjoy the dancing of the wind through the stability of the trees,

Enjoy the tides of the water glistening beneath the nourishing sun,

Take breath with a smile and know that you are whole,

Connected to all you will never be alone,

Enjoy this impermanent position you have assumed,
